What can I do?
I was coming out a freeway exit on the far right lane, there are 3 lanes. I switched to the middle lane. Then when I was switching to the far left lane, another car that was 2 cars behind me also switch lane to the far left lane. I saw him closing in very fast from and was about to hit me. There was no left for me to go as there is a solid road stone divider. I swinged to the right and hitted a car in the middle lane. I did feel that I was bumped a little bit by the speeding car from behind, because my car ended up spinning a couple times and I jamed into the left road divider. All of my airbags popped and I had to climb out from the passenger seat. I thought I was gonna to die for a moment during the crash. I wasn't sure if the speeding car actually hit me or not. There is a witness driving behind us who claims that the speeding car was driving aggressively and switched lane in solid white line. Im not sure if I shall be solely responsible for this accident. What can I do? Should I request a police report for the accident and hire a lawyer to help me?

Maybe you could claim liability because the speeding car caused in a way a reasonable minded driver to swerve in fear of getting hit. But do you have that car's information? You gotta find the person first.

Sounds like if you can prove that the speeding car hit you even tp the slightest degree, you can claim a lot more assuming of course you have his info.

ABS Sensor Damage after a Rear End Collision
I was stopped at a light and the SUV behind was stopped as well. All of a sudden the SUV slammed his foot on the gas and rammed in the back of my car. My foot was on the brake. There was about 2k damage to the rear end. Before the accident my brakes appeared to be fine, and they still appear to be fine, however, the ABS/TCS light on my dash came on right after the impact. The body shop that fixed the rear end damage refused to look at my brakes or anything to do with the light. I complained to my insurance company and they are meeting me at the garage this week with an adjustor.... I am looking for some advice ?? Please.... Thanks, Ron
** I cant seem to post a new topis to get an opinion on this.

It could be that your brake alignment went bad after the impact. Maybe the brakes are fine but the system needs to be reset. Either way the insurance company needs to get to the bottom of it. It's not your fault you put your foot on the brake during the accident. Tell your adjustor it's an associated cause from the accident.
